Treehouse Hale: Situated high up amongst the trees, we call this the Tree House Hale. This 3 bedroom home is designed to comfort even a large number of guests. Each bathroom partitions the shower & toilet areas to make way for more busy morning users. A full sized kitchen, open living plan, and very large laundry makes vacationing that much more comfortable. The Living Room has 2 large sliding glass doors to give you open country views in both directions along with a large flat screen TV and leather couch set. Just off of the living room is a screened in lanai with a couple loungers making it the perfect place to wind down after a long day of touring Hawaii.
Note: The Infinity Pool & Spa are private for Grandview Hale Guests. The 15' Waterfall Pool & Hot Tub is for all.

This gourmet kitchen, large enough for multiple chefs is conveniently located right off of the lanai connected to the Pool Deck, Play Room, Private Pool & Spa. The living room is grand with a showy 22' media wall and gigantic 70' flat screen HDTV for theater style viewing. The Master Bedroom opens on to the upper lanai via a sliding door offering a grand view over the Private pool and much of the property. The Master Bath is also in Japanese design and offers an open air shower and deep Jacuzzi jet tub. The perfect home for the perfect vacation!

Fruit Orchard Hale: Surrounded by numerous fruit trees, pineapples, and coffee, this unit is uniquely named the Fruit Orchard Hale. Some of the specimens include avocado, mango, banana, guava, passion fruit, and pineapple. Although only has 2 bedrooms, it feels spacious due to it's large lanai that looks over a mini coffee orchard and the horizon in the distance. Relax in your living room in front of a large flat screen HDTV or read a book on the adjacent lanai. The expansive 8' slider leads from the living room to the outside lanai connecting your spaces and introducing tropical breezes, country side views, and a feeling of openness. Enclosed screened in lanai for cooking (oven, range, microwave) right off of the Kitchen. The compact kitchen boasts mahogany custom cabinets with granite countertops, full size refrigerator, dish washer, and island that seats 4. This unit is perfect for unwinding after a busy ocean day snorkeling and diving or mountain hiking and biking.

Garden Hale: Nestled between avocado trees, amongst tropical flowers and fluffy Japanese grasses, this unit is appropriately named the Garden Hale. The kitchen comes fully equipped with full size refrigerator, dish washer, bar sink, granite counter tops, and large island that seats 4. The cooking (oven, range, and microwave) is done on the screened in lanai right off of your kitchen. There is also a small 4 person dining table there for you to enjoy your breakfast outdoors without any pesty bugs. Internet is available in your unit, however video streaming or heavy data may not always run smoothly, so we provide DVDs for your evening entertainment.
